This is a Intel 2200BG Internal MiniPCI 802.11b/g WiFi Card manufactured for Dell. It is designed and manufactured to be fully environmentally friendly by being totally lead free. This unit is slightly shorter than the standard Dell part number 0K3444 which uses lead in the production process. Intel describes the card as a Pro Mini PCI WiFi Wireless Adapter that is fully 802.11 b/g compliant. Although it originates from Dell it is totally compatible with most notebook PCs that will accept 2 inch long mini PCI cards and have a built in wireless antenna.
